Today was a little cooler (80 degrees) because a cool front was moving in so I decided to do a short tempo run at a faster pace then I have been training. The workout was 3 miles easy 2 miles at 6:15 or faster pace then 1 mile easy and 1 mile at 5:5? pace and the final mile cool down.
The results where the 2 mile tempo was 11:52 (5:58 5:54) and the next fast mile was at 5:50. Overall my legs liked it but my breathing wasn't quite there yet.
