I did 4 mile warm up and cool down. The plan was mile repeats. First mile was with the wind and I hit 5:14 second mile was into the wind and that was not to goods 5:22. Mile 3 was at 5:08 and I was done after that. I did the rest of the run like a steady state run. I still feel the effects of being sick last week but I feel a lot better.
