Got up early and did a 11 miler out at draper lake on the hills. It's was a little muddy but I was still able to run a decent pace. This is the beginning of the second week of my plan.

Meet with a good group today out at NHP. It was snowy and a little bit of sleet that was pelting you in the eyes so you had to look down at the road when you ran. I got in 8 today and felt good.
