Today was my first run back after I decied to take a week off for a pulled muscle in my knee. I didn't want to but I have a rule that if it hurts when I run I'm not going to do it. Its amazing how much rust builds up after a week. I'll take it easy the rest of the week and start to build back up to where I was and then figure out my game plan for houston and future races.

ran 6 from the house and i added some striders. I still don't have the pop in my legs yet but I know it will come.
