Today was a very hot and humid day. I knew going into it that I wasn't going to get near my S.B. (35:10). But thats was okay. I did a mile warm up by myself then did another with Bruce and Danny. My new goal was to stick my half marathon pace as long as I could. The first 5k went as planned but then we hit hills and ran into the wind. Also about mile 4 we ran with the 5kers for about a mile which real messed me up because I was having to go around and through them. All and all Im okay with the run. 2 weeks till my goal race.OKC half.
