Nate paced me for the first 2.5 then he dropped off (He ran bandit) I hit mile 1 at 5:04 mile 2 at 5:05 and mile 3 at 5:18.I felt good through the first 2 miles but then my legs got heavy. I could blame it on the weather but I need more of edurance training and I know that will come in time as I start my tempo runs back on a regular basis. Overall I finished 12th place and won my age group. Maybe next race.
