This week was not a good week because of my allergies. After my not so good run Wednesday I decied to rest Thursday and Friday and get after it on Saturday. I ran with JHat for the first 5 miles then I did a 4 mile tempo at under 5:35 pace.(5:33 5:33 5:32 5:33) then I ran hard 1 mile and easy for the next couple of miles. 5:29 and 5:35 into the wind. I didn't feel 100% and I was coughing the crap out of my crest durning the run but I did feel better then I have.
