I ran at Regional park today. It is about 75% shaded and there is one fountain at on the trail. I think I hit that fountain about 6 times. I cant wait til the weather cools off a bit.

The workout was 4x 1mile I did 5:04  5:02  5:06  5:23. I felt great on the first 3 but the last one I did at about 75% speed. I still got a good workout from it. Good group tonight out at buff creek.
