6 easy before work at O.C.
4 mile warm up and cool down. Temp was about 93 with alot of wind. I did 3 miles at 5:30 5:30 5:34 then jogged for 1.5 miles then did 2 miles at 5:34 5:30. My legs felt good my breathing was very heavy I cant wait for cooler weather.
8 miles from my house to make up for missing tuesday
