Today was a easy day and I ran 4 miles on the river and stayed on the grass. I did have a rookie moment and forgot my running shoes. Thank goodness I wore my old Energy Boost to work so I ran in them.
Today was a tempo run day. I met up with a good group out out Hefner Lake. I went out with Jason and Ian for my run. I hit my miles at 5:56 5:55 5:52 5:47. It was a perfect day to run and I felt as if I could of run at least one more mile. Maybe next time.
I took a peace run at the Draper Lake bike trails. It was a little cool this morning but nothing that I couldn't handle. Also next week starting tomorrow will be getting cold.
