Easy solo run out at the Draper hills.
easy run down at the river. It was hot and windy.
3 warm up and 3 cool down. I did 4x 1000 and 5x 200. I ran the K's between 3:15 and 3:10. All my 200's were at 35.
6 before work at O.C.
Did 4x2000 on Conners course. It was hot and kind of sucked but I'm glad I did it.
This is my longest run in about 3 years. I have a pretty goof course from my house to the Devon boathouse and back. I felt good. Did a little core work after my run.
