PM-- Went out to Draper Lake for a battle with the hills. My legs are a little tired from racing but I still managed the hill section under 6:15 pace. I ran a total of 9 miles.

5 miler at the Draper Lake bike trails. Temps in the low 90 when I ran.

AM- body pump class at the YMCA

PM- I ran down at the okc river. Today was 97 degrees with 15- 20mph wind. I did two 2:50 @ 5k pace and about died. Lucky there was water at the 2 and the 6 mile mark. I had to cut my run short because I had something to do. Ill make it up on wednesday.

I had 9 scheduled today but I only did 7. I'm running a race on Saturday and I'll make up the diffrence with my warm up and cool down. Plus the race. Im getting nervous.

The nerves are really setting in. The race is tomorrow at 8 am. I can't wait.

The race was a point to point on riverside trails. It was a great course but the day was very humid. The point of the race for me was to #1 qualify for Tulsa Run and #2 gauge my fitness. Overall was happy with my performance. Best of all I'm still here to run another day. Thank you Lord.
