Todays workout was 5x 1k with 2 minute rest as per coach Rodger. I did 4 minute jog cause I'm in not so great shape. I did 3:29 3:31 3:34 3:36. My body didn't want anything to do with a 5 one. Over all I felt good by I am way out of shape.
I went toLake Eufala for the weekend and did a 8 miler out there. Its very hillly but there is some beautiful scenery. After the run I got to take a dip in the cold lake.
